Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all food items, consumables, and perishable goods are final sale and are not eligible for return once they have been opened or used.


We only accept returns if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was sent
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Clear photos of the product and packagingWe will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.


Refunds
If approved:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer


Replacements
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund


Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
